新制度下完善高等学校举债机制的路径选择

随着高等学校办学经费来源多元化，举债办学以及债务管理日益成为高校财务管理重要工作之责。研究新高等学校财务制度和会计制度有关债务管理规范，并提出完善高校举债机制的路径，有利于创新高校财务管理体系，提高综合财务管理水平和能力，构建现代法治大学体系，保障和促进高等教育健康发展。

随着"互联网+"现代农业新型业态的形成和发展,在管理制度、产业链衔接、基础设施、技术人才、融资渠道、电商销售及监管方式等方面的问题随之凸显.为了促进"互联网+"农业新型业态良性有序的发展,应从如下方面着手:做好顶层设计引导协同发展、落实"宽带中国战略"加快基础设施建设、实施新农人培育行动计划提高农村复合型技术人才素质、搭建互联网金融平台拓宽现代农业融资渠道、创新现代农业销售模式与监管方式等.     

浅谈县级图书馆在新农村建设中的作用

文中阐述了县级图书馆在新农村建设中的作用,从资金短缺、员工素质、农家书屋等方面分析了县级图书馆存在的问题,提出了发挥县级图书馆在新农村建设中作用的对策措施。     

湖南省蝶类新纪录

2016年4-10月对湖南黄桑国家级自然保护区的蝶类资源进行了逐月调查，共记录到蝴蝶3 611只，隶属5科96属170种.经鉴定其中6种为湖南省新纪录种，分别是红斑翠蛱蝶Euthalia lubentina Cramer、白钩蛱蝶Polygonia c-album Linnaeus、灿烂双尾灰蝶Tajuria luculenta Leech、咖灰蝶Catochrysops strabo Fabricius、婀玛灰蝶Mahathala ariadeva Fruhstorfer和晓徘弄蝶Pedesta xiaoqingae Huang et Zhan.     

国内网络问政研究进展之文献计量分析——以CNKI2008.01—2013.12文献为基础

以CNKI2008年1月1日-2013年12月25日相关文献为基础,对我国网络问政研究的文献进行梳理,从网络问政研究的兴起与进展、网络问政研究文献的结构分析以及网络问政研究的主题和内容分布三个方面综合分析研究者的观点,可以看出当前我国在网络问政领域的研究存在着不足,如有关网络问政的相关概念有待明晰,研究领域倚重、研究范围有待拓展,研究主题泛化、理论深度有待挖掘,研究方法滞后、学术规范性偏弱。今后,应及时总结并汲取国内外先进经验,加强学术规范性及多学科理论交叉研究。     

盐碱土改良剂的研究和应用进展

盐碱化土壤严重阻碍植物生长,对农业生产和生态景观十分不利,有必要利用高效的材料对其进行改良。综述了近年来应用较广泛的盐碱土改良剂及其作用机理,分析各种改良剂的应用范围和优缺点,并对今后改良剂的应用和研究提出了展望。     

A taxonomic review of the genus Exochus Gravenhorst (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Metopiinae) from South Korea with descriptions of ten new species

The South Korean species of the genus Exochus are revised. Ten new species, Exochus acostulatus Lee & Choi, sp. nov., Exochus adentatus Lee & Choi, sp. nov., Exochus areolaris Lee & Choi, sp. nov., Exochus carinalis Lee & Choi, sp. nov., Exochus dentisternum Lee & Choi, sp. nov., Exochus depressus Lee & Choi, sp. nov., Exochus nigritulus Lee & Choi sp. nov., Exochus occipitalis Lee & Choi, sp. nov., Exochus orbitalis Lee & Choi, sp. nov. and Exochus propodealis Lee & Choi, sp. nov., are described. Also, 21 species of this genus are reviewed and newly recorded from South Korea, with diagnoses provided. A key to the South Korean species of Exochus and illustrations of external characters are provided.

Taxonomy of the genus Tantunema Siddiqi, 1982 (Dorylaimida: Tylencholaimidae) with description of one new and two known species

One new and two known species of the genus Tantunema Siddiqi, 1982 are described and illustrated. Tantunema indicum sp. nov. is characterized by having a small body (length 0.32–0.45 mm); lip region cap-like, set off by slight constriction; odontostyle 6–7 µm and odontophore 8–10 µm long; pharyngeal expansion gradual, expanded part occupying about 35–41% of total neck length, lumen of posterior expanded part widened and thickened; female genital system mono-opisthodelphic, anterior genital branch absent; tail short, hemispheroid, 0.8–1.1 anal body diameter long. Tantunema pakistanense (Timm, 1964) comb. nov. (=Tylencholaimus pakistanensis Timm, 1964) and Tantunema intermedium (Peña-Santiago and Coomans, 1996) Andrássy, 2009 are redescribed. A diagnostic compendium and key to species of the genus is also provided.     

A new and an unrecorded species of the family Psychidae (Lepidoptera) from Korea,with an annotated catalogue

In this study, a total of nine species of the family Psychidae were recognised from Korea. Among them, Psyche yeongwolensis sp. nov. is described as new to science. Also, a species, Proutia maculatella Saigusa et Sugimoto, is reported for the first time from Korea. All available material were dissected and illustrated. Also, an annotated catalogue of the family Psychidae from Korea is provided.     

A revision of Bovichtus Cuvier, 1831 (Pisces: Bovichthyidae) from Australasia,with description of a new deepwater species from the New Zealand Subantarctic

The genus Bovichtus includes four species from the Australasian region, viz. B. variegatus Richardson, B. psychrolutes Günther, B. angustifrons Regan, and B. oculus n. sp. B. decipiens Regan and Aurion effulgens Waite are junior synonyms of B. variegatus and B. psychrolutes respectively. B. oculus, described from a specimen taken in 847–902 m on the Campbell Plateau in the New Zealand Subantarctic, is the first known deep water Bovichtus species. It differs from all congeners in having a very large eye (horizontal diameter <9·0 times in SL) and, alone with B. psychrolutes, has a patch of ctenoid scales on the body behind the pectoral fin base.
